Trace & Seek collects, uses, and discloses personal information for the purposes of providing investigative and skip-tracing services in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. By engaging our services, clients warrant that they are authorised to provide any personal information supplied to us and that its use for investigative purposes is lawful and reasonably necessary.

Requests to access personal information may be made in writing. Access may be refused where permitted by law, including where disclosure could prejudice an investigation or legal proceedings.
